Bonus Life Studios invites you to be among the first to book two historic landmark venues.

Site visits are offered to a small group of event professionals — marking the first time the spaces are publicly available.

The spaces are in two of NYC’s most dynamic neighborhoods: Manhattan’s Lower East Side and Brooklyn’s Williamsburg.

Both venues are small marvels for event production – they are spacious enough to host high profile events and versatile enough to accommodate a variety of configurations.

On the LES, The Grand Galley features over 10,000 square feet in a single, unitary space. Add attendant green rooms, and by a small stroke of luck: three dedicated parking places for load-in lending both practicality and enough space for elaborate production design.

The Grandeur House in Williamsburg is a true architectural monument with five stories, sixty foot ceilings and space totaling nearly 40,000 square feet.
